PRINCIPLE
The automated procedure for the determination of Copper is based on reduction of cupric ion to the cuprous state, by hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The cuprous ion is buffered to a PH of about 4.5 and then reacted with bathocuproine disulfonate to form a colored complex. The intensity color is measured at 470 nm
